From a Systems Perspective
We Address the Entire Analytical Process.
While modern analytical research is moving faster and produces ever better insights, assay development sometimes lacks a more holistic approach when development focuses only on the underlying chemistry. The initial steps of the analytical process, like sampling and sample preparation, are not to be underestimated in value for the accuracy and reliability of subsequent results. Often, they are also time-consuming parts of the analysis. Sampling in complex environments, like the real world, can result in deviations and discrepancies, rendering existing point-of-care (POC) tests insufficiently sensitive or specific.
